California Water Code Section 13752 allows for the release of copies of well completion reports to governmental agencies and to the public. This app allows the public to review this data. DWR has redacted the personal information from the approximately 800,000 reports on file. The well completion report data and application are subject to change, and are for informational purposes only. All information displayed on the map and in attribute tables should be verified by reviewing the original Well Completion Report.
